Policies
Please review our practice policies. Submitting your appointment request confirms you have read and accepted these terms:
Medical Records: To provide the best care, we need your pet's medical history before their first visit. Please email them to info@coventrymobilevets.com or ask your previous vet to forward them.
Deposits: We require a deposit of $50 to reserve your appointment online. This will be credited to your final invoice at checkout. We can provide an estimate over the phone or by email without a deposit.
Cancellations: We value your time and ours. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will incur the $50 deposit fee. If we are already en route or arrive and cannot gain entry, the travel fee will also be charged. If cancelling >24 hours prior to your reserved appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Please note we do not accept CareCredit. Estimates are available upon request.
Overdue Accounts: Returned checks carry a $25 fee. A service charge of 2% per month will apply to any late payments. Clients are responsible for any collection or legal fees incurred.
Scope of Care: We are a mobile service and do not perform 24-hour emergency care or hospitalization. Please see our list of local emergency clinics for urgent needs.
Rabies Vaccination: In line with CT Regulation § 22-339b, all pets over 12 weeks of age must have a current rabies vaccine. If you cannot provide signed proof of vaccination or an exemption letter from the State Veterinarian, we can administer one during the exam.
